Great socks! Less pain on my feet. Specially when standing most of the day at work. Would recommend them for anyone standing for long periods of time.

Did not receive my order. Customer service just kept asking me to contact DHL. DHL did not respond to my emails about the order. I just spent $60 to find out where not to buy socks.

You had me with this statement on your site "Great customer service We are here to assist you with any question or concern you may have. You lost me when within 24 hours of receipt I sent an email from your portal and never heard back. Then when I requested to return and give you the reason for the return the response was "We did respond". Really? Not in spam, trash or inbox so I would have taken a different approach. I wanted to like these but your great customer service missed the mark.
Very comfortable
My husband really likes his new socks & the arch support. He said they really help him to walk more comfortably & provide the support he needs.
So far so good. I tried these again because o was having foot problems. Turns out I really didn’t need the socks but they’re comfortable so I’ll wear them often.
It really supports the arches.

Well they do add some comfort. If I put the socks on so the toe cap and seam are correct then the added padding on the bottom doesn’t align with the bottom of my foot. Weird. Poor quality control
