Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. We wish we could ship all orders for free but it is impossible as we are a small company.

Am I able to exchange a gift?

Absolutely. Just ship the socks back to us and let us know what you would prefer and we will send the new styles to you as soon as possible.

How do I send back a return?

Our goal is for you to love your ArchTek® socks and we know you will. That being said, we stand behind our product 100%. If you are not happy, return the unused socks to us and we'll give you a full refund.

U.S. Customers:

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

International Customers:

Please contact ArchTek at email info@archtek.co to process your return authorization. You will receive a return confirmation email from us, along with detailed instructions for returning your order.

How long will it take to process my return?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.

What is your return policy?

We stand 100% behind our product. If you decide to return the socks, we will give you a 100% return of your money. Since socks cannot be resold and must be thrown away, we only ask that the socks be returned unworn and with tags and labels intact.

Am I able to process an exchange?

Absolutely you can exchange the socks. Just mail the unworn and new socks back to us and let us know what you would like instead and we will take care of it ASAP.
